I’m Jessica, a trauma-informed somatic therapist. I offer a calm, compassionate space where emotional patterns can be explored and understood without judgement.

I help adults understand and shift patterns of anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and trauma responses affected by experiences — including grief and loss — using a relational, body-aware approach.

My work draws on a range of therapeutic and embodied approaches, allowing the support to be shaped around your needs rather than a single method.

My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and respect for the many contexts that shape our lives and wellbeing.

Many of the challenges we live with are not signs of something wrong with us, but responses shaped by our life experiences. Together, we gently explore the emotional and bodily roots of these patterns, supporting understanding, choice, and change.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about listening to what your system has been carrying.
